Pressure Washing
Pressure washing relies on high-pressure water with minimal detergents to remove debris from the surface. It is better suited for hard surfaces such as driveways and sidewalks, as the pressure can strip the exterior material of the house. Also, since concrete is a porous surface, many things can be buried deep within it. Even a regular pressure washer might struggle to efficiently clean the porous material. Lucky for you, our hot water pressure washer can make it easier to reach those pores and break down the gunk that causes discoloration.
Soft Washing
Soft washing is exactly what it sounds like. The low pressure allows us to clean houses without worrying about damaging the exterior. How does low-pressure clean a house? Well, it’s hypochlorite (aka bleach) that does most of the work. Like many other washing companies, we use a very low bleach mixture just enough to break down the organic material such as mildew, bacteria, and/or algae. We apply a coat of hypochlorite, let it break down the organics, and rinse with water. It works like hand soap for your house!
